What most do not know is that the delicious and refreshing treat of Italian Ice may not have been created in Italy. There are many theories as to whom and where it was created. Many believe it waas first created in New Jersey!
Italian Ice was created after the Sicilian desert called granita. Granita is a semi-frozen dessert that is made with sugar, water, and various combinations of flavoring.

Our trailer is what we will bring to all events, fairs, and festivals.
It was designed with a scene from the vibrant Almalfi Coast of Italy. Original Italian Ice was first made to be Lemon flavored.
To pay tribute to the roots of Italian Ice, we decided to encorporate the gorgeous coast and the lemon trees that are often found there.
